Who We Are:
We are HANDA LLC, hereafter “HANDA,” with headquarters at Office 201, 48 Burj Gate, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE. HANDA can always be reached at info@handawork.com.
Controller:HANDA LLC is the controller and responsible for your personal data.
General Policy:Users may browse the HANDA app at any time without providing HANDA with any personal information, defined as any information that may be used to identify users and includes but is not limited to the user’s name, phone number, and email address. Providing personal information is required when users want to use HANDA’s app services. HANDA will retain users’ personal information in order to keep their accounts active. Any personal information collected will be stored on a secure, cloud-based server in Saudi Arabia, accessible only by HANDA’s Compliance Department staff. HANDA will not sell or share users’ information with any company, nor sell or disclose personal information collected by the HANDA app to third parties in the ordinary course of business. Certain third-party agents and other third parties performing services for the app (e.g., technical auditors, developers, and order fulfillment operators) may need to access users’ personal information in order to provide certain services requested by users. Users may request HANDA to remove their personal information from its records at any time by emailing HANDA’s Compliance Department at info@handawork.com HANDA will disclose users’ personal information only if required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in connection with a sale or other financial transaction.
What data we collect:HANDA collects personal identity information from users when they create their account name, which will be displayed to all users of the HANDA app. HANDA also collects users’ personal identify information when users verify their identities via Nafath, which allows HANDA to collect the user’s full name, phone number, email address, home address, and ID number.
How HANDA uses the information collected:HANDA collects and uses users' personal information for the following purposes: 1. To verify all users in order to minimize fraud and ensure that HANDA is a safe, secure platform for all users; 2. To expedite support services for users at their request; and 3. To improve the app.
How HANDA protects your information:HANDA complies with procedural and security standards in collecting, handling, and storing data in order to protect users’ personal data, usernames, passwords, transaction-related information, and data stored on the HANDA app from unauthorized handling, modification, disclosure, or destruction. Sensitive, private data are exchanged between HANDA and users through secured communication channels and are encrypted and protected through digital methods.
Sharing personal data:HANDA does not sell or trade users' personal identification data to other parties. HANDA may use third-party service providers in the operation of its business and app, including technical auditors, developers, and shipping companies. HANDA may share users’ data with such third parties for user-specific purposes during their use of the app. HANDA also does not share users’ data with any official government agency except upon the receipt of an official written request addressed to HANDA to disclose users’ data in security or criminal cases.
Changes to the privacy policy:HANDA reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time with or without notifying users. HANDA encourages users to frequently review this privacy policy for any changes in order to ensure their full awareness of HANDA’s policy to protect personal data collected from users. The user acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for reviewing this privacy policy periodically and becoming aware of the amendments.
Agreement with the terms & conditions:By using the HANDA app, the user agrees to our privacy policy and the terms and conditions that govern the use of the app. Users who do not agree with HANDA’s policy should refrain from using the app. Users acknowledge that their continued use of the app after published changes to this policy or to the terms and conditions of use of the app will be considered to indicate their acceptance of those changes.
Delete Account:Users have the option to delete their HANDA account at any time. To delete your account, follow these steps:
1. Login into the HANDA app.
2. Go to the profile screen.
3. Find the option to delete your account.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm and complete the account deletion process.
Please note that deleting your account will result in the permanent removal of all your personal information from HANDA's records. Once the account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
